Return is a scheme provided by Bhagwatey directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement / or refund is offered by the Bhagwatey to you. all product listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. for all products, the return / replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. do refer the respective items applicable return replacement policy on the product page for any exception to this returns policy and the table show.

In case of returns where you would like items (s) to be picked up from different anaddress, the address can only be changed if pick up service is available at the new address.
If your order new product then your pickup or delivered address are same.

1. when you see the damaged part please click the picture and send to us (on return page option)
2. During the delivery if box open or damaged and product you have an option to click the picture and send to us.
3. Your return product will be picked on your next order.

In the case the product was not delivery and you received a delivery confirmation email / SMS, repot the issue within 3 days from the date of delivery confirmation to us for investigate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of product cancellation. Please check product policy page. Every product doesn’t have same policy. Product only cancel whenever product is wrong or damaged, Misprint and their validity for return for wrong product 3 days or damaged /misprint is 45 days. in any above condition are matched please send picture to us.
